U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services has issued an update announcing that the USCIS office in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam will have sule jurisdiction over all Form
I-600s filed on behalf of a Vietnamese child on or after October 29, 2007. The announcement also states that as of November 16, 2007, USCIS will not expedite the processing of the Form I-600 sulely because the petitioner is in Vietnam. You may access the complete update by clicking here.
