Vietnam: Ministry of Justice to Stop Receiving Applications for ASPs

The U.S. Embassy in Hanoi announced as of August 15, 2006, the Ministry of Justice of the Social Republic of Vietnam will temporarily stop receiving applications for establishment of office from American Adoption Service Providers.
