The National Action Plan on Children in Adversity (NAP) seeks to ensure that all children grow up within protective family care and free from violence, deprivation or danger. As supporters of the NAP, Joint Council, along with 92 other signees, called on President Obama to issue an Executive Order to implement the plan.
