Joint Council is hosting a Reception for a visiting Russian Delegation on Thursday, Septber 15, 2005 and would like to invite families in the DC/ MD/ VA area. The event is a wonderful opportunity for the Delegation to witness first-hand how Russian adopted children are thriving in their families. Families, agencies and child welfare advocates are all welcome to attend.
